Producing the finest investment casting, for a broad range of products, requires knowledge and expertise. At Pine Tree Casting, we have just the right mix.

This team monitors production from order receipt through shipping via computer tracking. Approximately nine million castings valued at $40 million are processed annually.

This group has over 100 combined years of hands-on metallurigal, mechanical, industrial, ceramic and computer engineering experience.

This group performs all required inspection functions from complex dimensional evaluation to process control monitoring and statistical process control.

METALLURGY LAB Metallurgy lab controls materials through microstructural examination and chemical analysis. These capabilities include the ability to do microhardness and gas analysis measurements for process control.
