FACILITY
Two adjacent state-of-the-art facilities housing 300,000 square feet. Equipment includes:26 wax injection machines; five shell-o-matic automated, robotically controlled investment lines; and one of the world's finest titanium foundries utilizing six ALD vacuum arc melting furnaces.

EXPERTISE
Producing close tolerance, high quality investment castings in titanium, and a wide range of air melt ferrous alloys.

QUALITY
Ruger Investment Casting's highly trained personnel are backed up by state-of-art equipment including hardness testers, magnetic particle inspection units, fluorescent penetrant inspection systems, universal tensile testing machines, direct reading and recording spectrometers, carbon analyzers, coordinate measuring machines, real-time x-ray and a complete metallographic lab.
