 Jet Products of Senior Aerospace has a unique, and innovative approach to the manufacturing of aerospace rings and components. Machining the parts in-house allows Jet to design with minimal amount of starting stock. This flexibility saves on material and machining time. Our small diameter turning capability, 2" - 52", uses conventional CNC horizontal lathes to produce parts such as flanges, fittings, seals, duct fittings, and a variety of small turbine engine components. The large diameter turning and milling 60" - 180" is accomplished on a variety of VTL and Horizontal Milling machines, 24 Profiling Spindles, and 9 Rotary Milling machines.
